The incident in Connecticut took place in Hartford County around 6 p.m., Friday, Aug. 6, at the South Windsor Target store located at 125 Buckland Drive, said Sergeant Mark Cleverdon of the South Windsor Police.

According to Cleverdon, the man was caught on video surveillance walking into the store and aimlessly walking through several aisles, and it appears as if the individual is recording females in the store with his cell phone as he is sexually gratifying himself.

The man then approached a 17-year-old female and is again seen gratifying himself, at which point the victim walked to another aisle where the suspect then groped the victim from behind, Cleverdon said.

The man then fled the store after being confronted by the victim.

The man is described as a white male, early-20’s to mid-’30s, and approximately 5-foot-11.
